Materials
Precision Plastics offer a wide range of manufacturing finishes for signage & display items. Along with Diabond, Foamalite and perspex we can also manufacture Polycarbonate. Polycarbonate is a virtually unbreakable material. It is a Class 1 Fire Rated product and can be used for machine guards, operating at temperatures from -40 deg C to +130 deg C. Strong and rigid polycarbonate is another multi-functional substrate, with a high impact resistance and class 1 fire rating.
An alternative to acrylic, polycarbonate best serves when damage is going to occur regularly. Application areas include, signage, machine guard, greenhouse, glazing and skylights.
Lightweight and rigid, this cut plastic material consists of a flexible polyethylene core covered with a thin aluminium sheet on each side, & is finished with a high quality lacquer.
Aluminium composite
Corri Board is a tough but lightweight material that has excellent durability for all indoor and outdoor applications.
Fluted Polypropylene
FoamaLite has a smooth surface with a rigid outer layer and inner core. The stability and rigidity of the foam board allows for interior and exterior use.
Lightweight
Acrylic can be both CNC router & laser cut to produce bespoke projects such as cut letters for display, wall placards and point of sale displays.
Hi-impact resistant
Solid polycarbonate sheeting is up to 200 times stronger than its equivalent thickness in glass on impact tests and easy to cut.
Clear Polycarbonate
Foamalux PVC sheet offers a superior substrate for direct colour printing. Made from PVC resin the material is 100% recyclable.
